The hotel is located just 5 minutes away from the Gondola, making it convenient for skiing. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing lockers at the Gondola station and even extending their use for a day after checkout. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with amenities such as hairdryers and irons. the breakfast is good and the dinner buffet offers a variety of options.

The wireless internet in most areas of the hotel, including the rooms and restaurant, was unreliable and had frequent cutouts.

The location was great, just a short walk to the ski lift and surrounded by beautiful mountains. the breakfast was amazing with just about anything you could want. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help.

The room was a bit small and cramped for our liking, and the pillows were quite hard. the noise from other guests in the hallway was a bit disruptive at times.

The hotel had great outdoor play-area, swimming pool, and kids club. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good location near ski slopes and nursery slopes. Comfortable beds and good parking. Excellent breakfast and spa facilities.

The room amenities were top-notch, including the heating system, sitting area, and flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi in our rooms, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The hotel's facilities were impressive, with a spa and wellness center where we could relax in the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a great place to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. our experience at this hotel was fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the gondola. It made it very convenient for us to go skiing every day. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. The room was comfortable and cozy, providing a great atmosphere for our romantic escape.

The bathroom was in desperate need of renovation. It was outdated and lacking in amenities.
